Our Team

Our team is comprised of the leadership that built and grew Camp Miller in Pensacola North Carolina that has decided to take this one step further to provide more assistance to the area along with continuing our journey in the non-profit sector going forward from here. We only had this opportunity thanks to a number of individuals who worked tirelessly at the beginning of the Hurricane Helene disaster until we were handed the reigns. From there we have grown camp into a functional ecosystem, challenging the ways that nonprofits function in different communities and interact with volunteers who come to help. We provide structure and manage not only the relationships in the community, but also with our volunteers and the community members.

In an effort to follow our core beliefs - “It’s not about us, its about the communities we serve” - we have decided to leave our personal faces off of our website (Volunteers can still be seen in the images below). We are the hands and feet of those who cannot serve but who instead can serve through us. We sacrifice the time and ability so that communities in need can get back on their feet.
