NAONE is currently an incorporated organization and in the process of applying for 501(c)(3) nonprofit status with the IRS. While we are actively engaged in charitable work and disaster relief efforts, donations made at this time are not tax-deductible.

Once our 501(c)(3) status is approved, we will notify supporters. If the IRS grants retroactive tax exemption (which is common when applications are submitted within 27 months of incorporation), some past donations may become tax-deductible retroactively.
